The FedEx of Your Digital Life

I’m very excited that Memeo Send is now available. From the very beginning this has been a very exciting project within Memeo, where the Memeo Send service was designed from the ground up to solve the problem of sending super large files to anyone, anywhere in the world. 

To help guide the team, I pulled on my personal experiences in consumer electronics, where in my previous position we were always struggling with getting CAD files to our manufacturing partners in Asia and PDF files to our printing partners throughout the U.S. Email couldn’t handle the super large files we needed delivered. FTP was unreliable, insecure and confusing as heck. Many others on the Send team had similar experiences. We knew the Memeo Send service would be a winner if we could deliver on the vision. 

You may have seen Memeo’s tagline of Simplify Your Digital Life. The Send team took that literally and we spent considerable time testing and interviewing potential business customers to come up with an all-new user interface for Send. I’m particularly proud of our Engineering group for delivering on the original vision of no file size limitations and still providing a fresh, clean and simplified user interface that anyone in the office can use.
