I bought this product believing it would simply my life and give me backup for my business computer. Instead I find you have chosen to insulate your Support staff by NOT allowing your purchasers to talk with a human being directly when we are in need of technical support! We have chosen your product over the many offered out there. I paid for the Backup Premium. How about honoring your committment to the consumer and giving us the benefit of live support?
